returns and exchanges!
All Returns and Exchanges must be made within
30 days after purchase
What products are eligible for return or exchange?
All merchandise must be in perfect, saleable condition, with the original packaging. All items must be in like new, unworn condition to be eligible for either return or exchange.
How do I make a return or exchange?
The Antlered Doe does not charge restocking fees and provide shipping labels for your return or exchange. At this time, please contact me to request a shipping label. Simply fill out the Return/Exchange form in your package, print the label and send it on its way! We provide a shipping label for one exchange-any additional exchanges we do not cover the shipping cost for. I cannot provide shipping labels for addresses outside of the United States. Orders outside of the United States are eligible for return only less shipping cost.
When can I expect my exchange/return?
Exchanges may take up to a week to be delivered to us and will take us several days to process
If you choose to return, you will receive an email once the merchandise is inspected and a refund is issued. Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment. You will be refunded for merchandise only and not refunded shipping cost.
Depending on your bank, a refund may take up to a week to appear in your account
If an item shows signs of wear or arrives damaged, it will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be returned to you
